Su donarken \u00f6nce molek\u00fcllerinin hareketleri yava\u015flar sonra da d\u00fczg\u00fcn ve sabit bir pozisyona gelirler yani kristalle\u015firler. \u0130\u015fte antifirizin buradaki rol\u00fc, molek\u00fcllerinin su molek\u00fclleri ile birle\u015ferek onlar\u0131n buz kristalleri olu\u015fturmalar\u0131na mani olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Peki \u00f6yleyse ortada su yokken antifiriz kendi kendine ni\u00e7in daha \u00e7abuk donuyor? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc suya kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda antifirizin su molek\u00fcllerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 su da antifiriz molek\u00fcllerine yapar. Donmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek daha do\u011frusu geciktirmek iki tarafl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, su da antifirizin donma derecesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.
