Banyo s\u00fcresi 1 5-20 dakikad\u0131r ve s\u00fcre sonunda kurulanmadan bir bornoza sar\u0131narak, yatakta 15-20 dakika kadar dinlenilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ayak banyosu ve biberiye:<\/strong> Su \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 20 dakika i\u00e7inde 35 dereceden 42 dereceye y\u00fckseltilen (s\u0131cak su eklenerek) ayak banyolar\u0131 rahatlat\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Banyodan \u00f6nce topuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 biberiye ya\u011f\u0131 ile ovalamay\u0131 unutmamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Biberiye \u015farab\u0131:<\/strong> Biberiyenin etken maddelerinin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rabilecek kaliteli bir beyaz \u015farap kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir litre beyaz \u015faraba 30g ince k\u0131y\u0131lm\u0131\u015f biberiye yapra\u011f\u0131 eklenir. Arada bir \u00e7alkalanarak 5-6 g\u00fcn bekletildikten sonra s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr ve a\u011fz\u0131 kapal\u0131 bir \u015fi\u015fenin i\u00e7inde buzdolab\u0131nda saklan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6\u011flen ve ak\u015fam yemeklerinde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kadeh biberiye \u015farab\u0131 i\u00e7mek yeterlidir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tuzlu ayran<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131n da alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, b\u00fcy\u00fccek bir bardak tuzlu ayran yudumlanarak i\u00e7ildi\u011finde, bas\u0131n\u00e7 k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede normal say\u0131labilecek d\u00fczeye ula\u015facakt\u0131r. Ayrana yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya madensuyu da eklenebilir. Ama dikkat!
