Oynad\u0131klar\u0131 oyuna dalarak, tehlikeli \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n fark\u0131na varamazlar ve duyarl\u0131 gen\u00e7 derileri k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede k\u0131zar\u0131r. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6zlerini de bir g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan koruyun. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00e7ok saydam olan g\u00f6zbebekleri \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gayet ge\u00e7irgendir ve bu y\u00fczden g\u00f6z a\u011ftabakas\u0131nda yan\u0131klar olu\u015fabilir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bol s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7in!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir akut s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00f6stergesidir ve bu nedenle bol miktarlarda s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7ilmelidir. En uygun olanlar, bitkisel \u00e7aylar veya meyve suyu-madensuyu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r (oran 1\/4 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayn\u0131safa Merhemi ve \u0130sve\u00e7 \u015eurubu: K\u0131zaran, gerginle\u015fen ve ac\u0131yan deriye hemen ayn\u0131safa merhemi s\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir. Merhem s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckten 3-5 dakika sonra gerginlik ve ac\u0131 azalacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu a\u015famada yan\u0131k deriye \u0130sve\u00e7 \u015eurubu s\u00fcr\u00fclerek iyice yedirilir. Son ac\u0131 kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da bu tedavi sonucunda yok olur. Ama tedavi hen\u00fcz tamamlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bir s\u00fcre sonra gerginlik ve ac\u0131 geri d\u00f6necektir. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden, ba\u015flanan tedavi saatler boyunca s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir: Merhem deriyi yumu\u015fatacak ve \u015furup da derinin kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rarak, kabarc\u0131klar olu\u015fmu\u015f olsa bile, deri \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecektir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yazl\u0131\u011fa giderken veya k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli plaj tatillerinde yan\u0131n\u0131zda mutlaka ayn\u0131safa merhemi ve \u0130sve\u00e7 \u015eurubu bulundurunuz. Ama aspirini ancak, geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 kapsayan yan\u0131k b\u00f6lgesinde kabarc\u0131klar olu\u015ftu\u011funda ve a\u011fr\u0131 \u015fiddetli oldu\u011funda kullan\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>K\u0131v\u0131rc\u0131k salata<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata yapraklar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frayarak suya at\u0131n ve kaynama derecesine ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra 5 dakika kadar kaynat\u0131n, \u0131l\u0131kla\u015fana kadar demlenmeye b\u0131rak\u0131n ve s\u00fcz\u00fcn. Geride kalan kaynama suyu, h\u0131rpalanm\u0131\u015f deriyi nemlendirebilecek ve onu yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilecek etken maddelerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erir. Kaynama suyu so\u011fuduktan sonra, yan\u0131k b\u00f6lgeler bir pamuk par\u00e7as\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131yla s\u0131k s\u0131k nemlendirilir; deri so\u011fuyacak ve a\u011fr\u0131lar azalacakt\u0131r!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Homeopatik \u0130la\u00e7lar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><u>-Urtica &#8211; (Urtica urens):<\/u><\/em> K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yaprakl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131rgan otundan elde edilir.
