Arnika merhemi, Arnica montana &#8211; Da\u011f \u00d6k\u00fczg\u00f6z\u00fc adl\u0131 bitkiden elde edilir ve \u00f6ncelikle Alman eczanelerinde aranmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Beyaz Lahana yaprak kompresleri, kapanmayan bacak yaralar\u0131na ve toplardamar iltihaplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Re\u00e7ete:<\/u><\/strong> Taze i\u00e7 yaprak \u0131l\u0131k suda iyice y\u0131kand\u0131ktan sonra sert saplar\u0131 b\u0131\u00e7akla kesilerek \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131l\u0131r ve bir merdane ile ezildikten sonra yaran\u0131n veya iltihapl\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin \u00fcst\u00fcne yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve sarg\u0131 beziyle, \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 olmamak kayd\u0131yla tespit edilir. D\u00f6rt saatte bir sarg\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r, yara beyaz \u015farapla iyice temizlenir ve yeni bir lahana yapra\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131larak tespit edilir. \u0130ltihaplanma veya bacak yaras\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede iyile\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Ayn\u0131safa Merhemi, g\u00fcnde 2 kere varislere ve toplardamar iltihaplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kompres bi\u00e7iminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ayn\u0131safa Merhemi, Celendula officinalis-Ayn\u0131safa \u00c7i\u00e7e\u011finden elde edilir. Eczanelerden veya g\u00fcvenilir aktarlardan temin edilebilir. Alman eczanelerinde Calendula Salbe ad\u0131 ile sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Homeopatik \u0130la\u00e7lar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>-Aesculus &#8211; (Aesculus hippocastanum):<\/strong> At kestanesi meyvelerinden elde edilir.
